Q  :  I want a sample, can you provide it ?

A  :   Yes,We accept sample requests for testing and quality control. Composite samples are also accepted.

Q  :  How do you arrange the delivery time?

A  :  Generally there are different arrangements depending on the product. Samples take 3-5 days, mass production takes 10-20 days, and order quantities exceed 10 days. 

Q  :  Do you have any MOQ limit ?

A  :  For normal products,we provide low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q  :  How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A  :  Shipping time is different for different products. For small products, we usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. For larger orders, we usually ship via ocean freight, which will take 7-30 days to arrive, shipping time depends on distance.

Q  :  What's your Warranty Policy?

A  :  All products are tested and meet export standards. We will provide 12 years warranty.

Q  :  Is it OK to print my logo on products?
